If you are interested in joining the TSS team as an editor or a media manager, apply below! Keep in mind that we look through applications one to two times a year when we are interested in hiring new interns, so you will not hear back until we have more team vacancies.
EDITOR
Description: As an editor, you are responsible for reviewing and selecting the papers published in The STEM Spectrum's seasonal publication.
Requirements: Applicants should have strong backgrounds in scientific writing, be good communicators, and be willing to delegate about two to three hours per week towards The STEM Spectrum. Moreover, applicants should be willing to undergo a month-long internship before being offered an official position as an editor.
MEDIA MANAGER
Description: As a Media Manager, you will work with either the Content or Outreach subgroup in managing the social media pages and/or outreach programs of The STEM Spectrum.
Requirements: Applicants should be creative, open minded, dedicated, and willing to delegate about two to three hours per week towards The STEM Spectrum. Moreover, applicants should be willing to undergo a monthlong internship before being offered an official position as a Media Manager.
